The new house was to be built in the clients garden. A double garage was knocked down and because of the trees close by having protection orders on the foundations had to be pilled with a concrete ring beam on top of them. With the build been in a conservation area the stone had to be blackened to match the surrounding property’s. This was a complete build with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. The project took 7 months from start to finish.
